  • You bring in all the documents that we have requested
  • We check whether we have all the information we require
  • We go through all the financial information, making sure we understand
  • We spend most of the time on ensuring we have clarity on your objectives
  • We deal with any outstanding questions you may have

Plan Preparation

  • We input all of your information into our modelling software
  • We start with your current situation to give us a base to work from
  • We start trialling different strategies to find the best combination
  • We convert this model into a written plan, which includes cashflow projections, risk and estate planning and possible tax implication

Plan Presentation Meetings

  • We go through the plan’s main points, explaining them to your satisfaction
  • We explain the possible outcome from each recommendation
  • We explain why we have used the different strategies
  • We answer every question you have at this point
  • We set another appointment for 2 weeks time to implement the plan
  • We go through the financial modelling results of your current situation
  • We look at the results using some strategies that will achieve your goals
  • We compare the outcomes of the suggested versus the current
  • We quantify the gains and savings and decide if its worth the investment

Plan Implementation Meeting

  • We begin by answering every question you have after reading the plan
  • We discuss the timetable for implementing the recommendations
  • We complete any paperwork that may be required in the plan
  • We discuss the level and frequency of support you will require over the next 12 months and agree on a suitable fee

Annual Review Meeting

  • This is the key to successfully planning for your future
  • The minimum level of support is an annual review
  • Depending on your situation, you may need to review more often
  • We charge you a monthly fee, which you can stop at any time, if you believe you are not receiving value for money
